Use technology to help business, organizations, and individuals 1) communicate and interact with customers in a more effective manner, and 2) reduce redundancy and eliminate waste in their business and personal lives.

AERO Technology’s Destiny

What We Are Destined To Be

AERO Technology is an “extended family” business. That means that people that work for AERO Technology are part of an extended family, and not just a place to earn a paycheck. Employees make a good monetary wage, but know the real value is in the life-fulfillment wage that AERO Technology provides to its employees.

AERO Technology works with employees to develop work plans and schedules that foster times of hard work, project completion, and then meaningful time off to re-energize and experience God’s Creation. We provide freedom and responsibility to employees, but also expect loyalty and character in return.

The AERO Technology offices are a place where we look forward to coming every day – but we don’t have to be there every day. It is a place of hard work and good fun. It is a green office that recognizes the importance of being in harmony with God’s natural environment. Colleagues enjoy the break areas with a TV, ping-pong tables, video games, and healthy snacks. We also have a mini-libraries and video collection located in the office – these are places to talk, think, learn and share.

Learning is important at AERO Technology and all our colleagues are encouraged to constantly take courses, read books, work with mentors and give back to the community. To support this AERO Technology maintains Personal Growth Accounts (PGAs) for all of its full time employees. PGAs are company funds that employees can allocate for personal growth and life-enrichment activities.

Principles Not Rules

Our employees work and live by staying in harmony with God created principles, rather than strict obedience to rules. For example, we believe in the principle that “He who has a slack hand becomes poor, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.” (Proverbs 10:3-5) We follow that principle and work hard, rather than creating strict rules about office hours.

Swallow Your Medicine

Employees at AERO Technology are open to teaching, criticism, and correction. Nobody LIKES being corrected, but we are big enough to accept criticism without holding grudges and without taking it personal. This also requires colleagues who are brave enough to TACTICALLY help each other. Correcting other respectfully is the only method that is allowed.

AERO Technology employees are first and foremost quick learners. We work with people who may not have all the ‘normal’ skills that people look for when hiring for that position.
